Broad Breasted Bronze Turkeys

We receive our turkeys when they are a day old and are the first to feed them. They receive a healthy blend of grains that are high in the proteins needed to get them off to a good start. Once they are feathered out, they are given access to the pasture and are free to roam about in the sunshine and fresh air eating all the grass they want. Their barn is opened in the morning and they return to it at night to roost and are closed in for protection against predators. This years turkeys will be moving a short distance to new quarters. The pole barn above will be home to a new batch of layers this year. More on this group soon.

As with our chicken, our turkeys are higher in the healthy Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin E. They are more flavorful than any turkey you will buy in a store.
